AstraMedic Shop

Sells medical devices, physiotherapy equipment, home-health tools, surgical disposables, hospital furniture, and related products, and Special Education toys.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account on our websites:

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee:

• Availability of stock

• Accuracy of colors, features, or specifications

• That all descriptions will always be error-free

If a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel any order before shipping.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

We accept:

• Bank Transfer

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively for orders confirmed via WhatsApp with a small advance payment. Please message us, and we will securely arrange your order and payment details.

• Payment gateway options (where available)

• Other methods listed at checkout

When placing an order:

• You agree to provide accurate billing information

• You authorize us to charge the full amount using your selected payment method

• Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Once you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email

• Orders may be cancelled by us if items are out of stock, payment fails, or suspicious activity is detected

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship nationwide within Pakistan.

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

• Product type

• City or region

• Courier partner availability

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because medical equipment and healthcare products fall under restricted categories, returns may only be accepted if:

• The product is unused

• Packaging is intact

• There is a manufacturing defect

• The wrong item was delivered

Electronic devices may include warranty from the manufacturer.

Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

9. HOME HEALTH SERVICES TERMS (AstraMedic Solutions)

When booking home healthcare, physiotherapy, or caregiver services:

• You must provide accurate information about the patient

• You agree to allow our staff on your premises at the scheduled times

• You must ensure a safe environment for our medical professionals

• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns exist

We do not provide emergency or life-support services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our websites, including:

• Text

• Images

• Logos

• Product descriptions

• Blog posts

• Designs

• Branding

is owned by AstraMedic Solutions and AstraMedic Shop.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Modify

• Distribute

You may NOT:
