Roll the Massage ball on Palms In addition to massage therapy, it is utilized in sensory therapy.
Massage the palms alternately, moving in circles from the palm’s center to the fingers.
Release and remove the ball from your palm.

Roll the ball with varying degrees of intensity on a firm surface.

It is advised to self-massage feet in order to prevent flatfoot:

Press the ball as firmly as you can as you roll it on the floor with one foot, then the other.

In between your toes and heels, roll the ball.

Using your fingers, grasp and release the ball.
